Masonry - clean exterior masonry walls using the gentlest means possible per preservation brief 1. Repoint exterior masonry where needed using historically appropriate mortar mix. Paint all sides of building with breathable masonry paint. Windows - install a wood or aluminum clad wood window, one over one utilizing full opening, on NW side of the building (currently boarded).
