Academy At Lincoln Roof Replacement RFP
Removal of the existing aggregate surfaced built-up roofing and polyurethane foam roof system. Furnishing and installing a new membrane underlayment, flat and tapered polyisocyanurate insulation, cover board and a new two- ply modified bitumen roof membrane system and all associated miscellaneous work specified herein. Installation of new retrofit drains at existing drains. Installation of new through scuppers, overflow scuppers, downspouts as indicated on drawings.
