Existing vertical floor & horizontal ceiling mounted unit ventilators, ceiling mounted fan coil units and central station air handlers shall be replaced with new identical units per schedule. Units shall be ordered with factory provided piping package including control valve & autoflow with isolation valves. If autoflow is not in the package, then contractor field install it. Hot water boilers, associated pumps and accessories are to be replaced in their entirety.
