Description: The Town of Normal is soliciting sealed bids for furnishing and installing approximately 550 lineal feet of 8-foot galvanized chain-link fence with barb wire, one 30-foot double swing gate, and two 24-foot double swing gates. The prevailing-wage fencing project will extend from the west end of Warriner Street south to the existing landscape-waste drop-off site, with a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for July 29, 2026.
