Planning Board Planner shall be employed by a New Jersey licensed firm with at least ten (10) years of experience in all aspects of municipal planning including extensive work with and knowledge of the MLUL, COAH, and consulting with respect to, drafting, and revising Master Plans. The individual primarily assigned shall have at least five (5) years' experience as a municipal consultant or planning board planner
