2026 Parking Lots Rehabilitation Project RFP

Description: Parking lot rehabilitation project. Improvements at both locations will include asphalt surface removal, spot aggregate base repairs as needed, repaving with 2-in asphalt surface removal, re-striping, and restoration. The work at this location will also include restoration and landscaping of all disturbed areas, traffic control and protection, as well as all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the improvements described herein.
