2026 National Coastal Resilience Fund *Sole-Source* RFP

Description: The academic institution will provide an integrated program of technical support for nature-based flood-risk-reduction and shoreline-resilience activities, including: ecosystem-benefit and risk-reduction modeling; technical support for nature-based shoreline stabilization; development of monitoring methods and tools; public and stakeholder education and coordination; technical memoranda, data products, and recommendations; and a supervised student internship component. Ecfrpc will retain project governance, grant administration, programmatic decision-making, compliance responsibility, and final approval of all work products.
