2026 MAY STREET PAVING PROJECT RFP

Description: The City of Hood River, Oregon is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the 2026 May Street Paving Project (Project #734). The work consists of grinding out approximately 2 inches of existing asphalt across roughly 24 feet of width over about 1,700 linear feet (~40,800 sq ft) on May Street between Rand Road and Young Lane, then repaving with a half-inch aggregate dense ACP surface asphalt and restriping the roadway including a yellow skip centerline, white fog lines, and a bike lane stripe.
