2026 Masonry Update Project RFP

Description: Projects consist of stripping of existing paint, masonry tuckpointing, coating, sealing and infilling of existing windows with masonry at the City Hall. Bid Package (Two sections totaling approx. 1,500 SF to receive stripping of existing paint, tuckpointing approx. 70% of the wail surface and recoating of the wall, Section 2 will be approx. 1,100 SF of masonry wall 100% tuckpointing and removal of existing window frames and infill of 14 windows.
