48-Hour Intoxicated Driver Resource Center Program (Request for Proposal)
To provide 48-Hour Intoxicated Driver Resource Center Program services for the residents. All sessions shall meet the Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) Intoxicated Driving Program requirements and curriculum. Proposers shall provide a description of existing referral sources that will be required for the IDRC program and the proposed process for utilizing the sources. If no sources are currently available to accommodate the IDRC program, the proposer should contact the Burlington County 12 Hour IDRC program. The proposer should describe and document their ability to provide the consecutive 48-Hour program including, but not limited to, the housing and maintenance of clients for 48 consecutive hours. The Successful Proposer shall be responsible for all administrative tasks regarding the clients' compliance or noncompliance of completing the 48 Hour class. (i.e. warning letters, noncompliance notices, and court notices, etc.) The Successful Proposer shall reschedule those clients in noncompliance.
