Description: Request for Quotations St. Croix Exterminating Services VIHFA Lagoon Complex Buildings 1 and 2 The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority (VIHFA) invites written quotations from qualified and properly licensed pest-control contractors to provide monthly exterminating and pest-control services at the VIHFA Lagoon Complex, Buildings 1 and 2, located in Frederiksted, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. Services include routine inspections, monthly pest-control treatments, integrated pest management, pest-proofing measures, emergency services upon request, and service reports, as detailed in the attached Request for Quotations and Scope of Work. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, chemicals, supplies, and transportation necessary to perform the services. The initial contract term shall be one (1) year, with an option to renew for one (1) additional year, subject to satisfactory performance, availability of funding, and VIHFA approval. Contractors must submit separate monthly and annual pricing for the initial year and optional renewal year. Any additional emergency or special-service charges must be clearly identified. Submit a signed quotation on company letterhead, together with a valid business license, applicable pest-control certifications, proof of liability insurance, proposed service schedule, and information on treatment methods and products. Questions Deadline: November 12, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. AST. All questions must be submitted through the Question tab in IonWave. Quotation Deadline: November 19, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. AST. All quotations must be submitted electronically through VIHFA’s e-Procurement System at https://vihfa.ionwave.net. Contractors are responsible for reviewing the attached documents and monitoring IonWave for updates, responses, and addenda. VIHFA reserves the right to reject any or all quotations, waive minor informalities, or cancel this request.
