6th Street Water Main Abandonment
Work includes the abandonment of 92 LF of 6" cast iron water main and removal of 14 LF of 6" transite water main within the project vicinity. Included is the installation of approx 47 LFof new 6" restrained ductile iron pipe with vertical offsets, 24"x6" hot tap assembly (w/TMWA to perform the tap), fittings, and appurtenances. The project also includes surface restoration (temporary and permanent pavement patching) as a result of water main installation.
