2026 General Engineering Services

Description: The City of Cleveland Mayor's Office of Capital Projects, Division of Engineering and Construction, is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to supplement City staff by providing General Engineering Services for a period of two years or until funds are expended. The scope of work includes materials testing, bridge design and inspections, retaining wall design and inspection, slope stabilization, basic traffic signal design, preliminary engineering, environmental services, right-of-way plans and acquisition, bicycle/pedestrian facility design, and roadway design. Proposals are due by 12:00 PM Eastern Time on July 29, 2026, with vendor questions accepted by email until July 15, 2026 at 5:00 PM and an addendum expected around July 22, 2026.
