3 years cash rent on approx. 37 acres of ag land available March 1, 2026. Lease terminates February 28, 2029. No Livestock allowed on this ground. Land is located in Sidney township Section 10 (SE 1/4) adjacent to the golf course.

Lease of farm land which is approximately 146 acres, more or less. The term of the lease, which commences on May 1, 2026, will be for five (5) years.

Pivot farm land, consists of 116.49 acres which includes a centerpivot irrigation system and dry land corners around the pivot. The initial term of the lease, which commences on March 1, 2026, will be for thirty-eight (38) months.
