2026 Downtown Brick Paver Maintenance RFP

Description: This project is part of the City's annual sidewalk maintenance program. The 2026 Downtown Brick Paver Maintenance project aims to maintain the brick paver pedestrian areas throughout the downtown business district. Brick paver pedestrian sidewalk and amenity areas are maintained by eliminating differentials across brick joints or thresholds, replacing damaged or missing brick, and minimize entrapment of water on the surface. The project consists of removing and resetting existing brick pavers. Where replacement of pavers are required due to damage, those bricks are generally provided by the City for use by the Contractor. See outside link.
