2026 Bell Avenue Drainage Improvements RFP

Description: Project consists of the replacement of existing storm facilities. work includes removing existing corrugated metal pipes and replacing with HDPE. Existing inlets will be replaced with concrete catch basins and additional Nyloplast catch basins will be installed. The work also includes replacement of a fire hydrant assembly at Oak Creek Town Hall. There is also concrete work including removing and replacing concrete sidewalk and curb and gutter at Town Hall and installation of a concrete curb ramp.

Hillside Avenue Drainage Improvements
Work includes drainage improvements. The existing infrastructure is insufficient and residents downhill of Hillside Avenue have had reoccurring flooding issues. This project proposes installing new stormwater pipes and inlets and connecting them to the existing stormwater system, as well as re-grading the roadway to allow for more efficient drainage flow.
