2026-288 - Waste Hauling Services for City Facilities

Description: The City of Aspen is soliciting proposals for waste hauling services at City facilities. The work includes removing trash and recycling from compactors, dumpsters, and smaller containers; supplying bear-resistant containers; maintaining clean container areas; preventing overflows; and repairing or replacing containers within 24 hours when needed. The selected hauler must support Aspen’s waste-diversion and emissions-reduction goals through recycling, communication with the Environmental Health and Sustainability Department, route and vehicle-efficiency improvements, and annual reporting.
