Prince George's County Government (Maryland) is seeking a contractor to provide supplemental push snow services, consisting exclusively of mechanical snow plowing, to augment County-owned resources during winter weather events. The contract is a plow-only vehicle — material application services (de-icing, anti-icing, salting, sanding, brine) are expressly out of scope and procured under separate County contracts. The contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, vehicles, fuel, maintenance, and incidentals necessary to perform continuous mechanical push snow operations on County-assigned routes, facilities, or locations as directed, with the goal of increasing plowing throughput, improving route completion times during major storm events, and ensuring continuity of mechanical snow removal operations through scalable, contractor-provided resources.
