The County of Suffolk is seeking proposals from qualified firms, developers, joint ventures, or partnerships to lease, develop, and/or otherwise utilize publicly owned properties located in the hamlet of Ronkonkoma, Town of Islip, adjacent to the south of the Ronkonkoma Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) Station, to be known as the "Long Island Hub."
