2026-0042-1146 Florida River Raw Water Supply Pipeline Rehabilitation Project (Request for Qualifications)

Description: Seeking statements of qualifications from experienced pipeline rehabilitation contractors. This is the first step of a two-step procurement. No construction contract will be awarded through this prequalification solicitation. Following completion of the prequalification process, the City anticipates issuing competitive bid documents to the contractors selected as prequalified. The anticipated work may include Pipeline cleaning, inspection, and condition assessment. Rehabilitation using HDPE lining, cured-in-place pipe lining, pipe bursting, conventional removal and replacement, or other appropriate methods. Installation or replacement of fittings, valves, air-release valves, service connections, and other pipeline appurtenances. Pipeline testing, commissioning, site restoration, and coordination of access and shutdowns.
