2026-003 - YSPOR Unit Summative Evaluation Project 2026

Description: Yukon University is seeking proposals from qualified evaluation specialists or organizations to conduct a summative evaluation of the Yukon Strategy for Patient-Oriented Research (YSPOR) SUPPORT Unit. The evaluation will assess YSPOR's activities and outcomes, operational effectiveness, sustainability, lessons learned, and recommendations through a mixed-methods approach informed by its Strategic Plan, Logic Model, values, and Yukon context and involving relevant participants. This is a formal evaluation-services RFP rather than a grant-program solicitation, and the final evaluation is to be completed by March 2027.
