167th AW Base Pavement Repairs - (Request for Quotation)
The contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment to execute a base bid for concrete sidewalk installations, curb modifications, and crosswalk painting multiple locations across the base. Additional options focused on extensive asphalt maintenance and site enhancements. These optional tasks encompass mill and overlay, crack sealing, seal coating, and pavement markings across the main access road and five distinct parking lots, alongside specialized efforts such as rubberizing a 16,000 SF exercise pad and constructing a new 11,100 SF asphalt parking lot.
