Description: JEA seeks a contractor to replace approximately 1,200 feet of 69 kV underground cable originating at the Dillion Substation, with work spanning the substation and generation facility and nearby Jacksonville rights-of-way. The project includes new concrete-encased and HDD duct banks, installation of 69 kV EPR cable, modifications to transmission and substation structures, removal of existing cable, site restoration, traffic maintenance, and permitting.
