Haralson County Government is seeking bids for managed phone services and a dedicated voice circuit with redundancy planning. The scope includes service for approximately 165 phone extensions and 62 DIDs, Fax over IP for 12 fax machines, and compatibility with existing handsets. The three-year service period is planned to begin January 1, 2027, and proposals must include fixed costs, implementation planning, architectural documentation, and ongoing maintenance support.
