The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following core requirements: Furniture Maintenance & Installation: Disassembly, reconfiguration, and installation of various systems furniture (e.g., Herman Miller, Steelcase, Haworth, Knoll). Computer-Aided Design (CAD): Providing 2D and 3D layout designs and Labor & Material (L&M) quotes. Warehousing & Inventory Management: Managing and conducting inventory of Government-owned furniture assets within a Government-furnished, on-site warehouse facility. Telecommunications & Data Cabling: Coordinating and executing the routing of communication lines through furniture, including adherence to WPAFB standards for CAT6 and non-CAT6 cabling.
