124-27 PNS/CLEAR ROADS Qualified Products List (QPL) Liquid Deicers, Inhibited Liquid CaCl and Inhibitor Materials RFP

Description: The Ohio Department of Transportation is issuing an invitation to bid—not a grant program—to establish term-contract pricing for liquid deicers, inhibited liquid calcium chloride (CaCl), and inhibitor materials listed on the Pacific Northwest Snow Fighters/CLEAR ROADS Qualified Products List (QPL). Products will support all 12 ODOT districts and must be delivered in accordance with the solicitation's specifications, including submission of material safety data sheets and related product information. The contract period is October 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027, with delivery to various locations across Ohio.
