Description: The City of Los Angeles is soliciting construction-phase bids for the Los Angeles River Way San Fernando Valley Completion Project. The project objective is to construct a Class I bike path and greenway along the Los Angeles River between Vanalden Avenue and Balboa Boulevard. The scope includes neighborhood mini-traffic circles, landscaping, bio-retention basins, lighting, fencing, and up to six under-crossings through the river channel.
