11th Street Station ADA Improvement Project - MC RFP

Description: The work generally includes installation, modification, and commissioning of HVAC systems, ventilation equipment, ductwork, piping, plumbing fixtures, domestic water systems, sanitary waste and vent systems, storm drainage systems, plumbing specialties, water heaters, pumps, insulation, and associated controls. The Mechanical Contractor shall also provide all mechanical and plumbing work required to support the new ADA elevators, elevator headhouses, station renovations, and related facility improvements. Work includes testing, adjusting, balancing, startup, commissioning, and integration of all systems necessary to provide a complete and operational installation.
