114A District 1 General Maintenance Contract

Description: The Ohio Department of Transportation is seeking general contractors for maintenance and repair work at 34 sites across District 1. The work includes building-system, interior and exterior, roofing, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, masonry, fencing, concrete, and emergency-repair services. The contract is scheduled to run from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2028, and requires Ohio registration, at least five years of relevant experience, insurance, prevailing-wage compliance, and performance of at least 50% of the work by the contractor's own organization.
