11 SFS Mobile Defense Shields RFP

Description: The contractor shall furnish and deliver three mobile ballistic barrier systems, each with rear swivel casters, to Washington, DC 20032. The required product is the Defenshield Mobile Defensive Fighting Position (MDFP) DS-192-36, or equal. Ballistic Barrier System: Each system shall meet the following minimum requirements: Ballistic Protection: Minimum NIJ Level IV ballistic protection. The offeror shall provide independent ballistic test documentation demonstrating compliance with NIJ-STD-0108.01 Level IV or an equivalent recognized test standard. Department of State Standard: The system shall meet U.S. Department of State Standard DS-STD-01.01 or demonstrate equivalent ballistic performance. Dimensions: Each barrier shall be 36" wide × 46" deep × 77" high. See attached file.
