100 South Reconstruction Project (Statement of Qualifications)

Description: Construction of approx. 1,600 feet of new two-lane roadway which includes: one 22-foot lane in each direction including parking strips and curb and gutter. A 5-foot wide planter strip and 5-foot wide sidewalk will also be constructed on both sides of the street. Other improvements in 100 South include approx.: 1,600 LF of 8" culinary water line, water services, 1,600 LF of 8" pressure irrigation line, irrigation services, 265 LF of 12" storm drainpipe, 1,330 LF of 18" storm drainpipe, and the installation of underground power for new street lights, and the installation of new street lights. For 200 West, the WORK includes the construction of approx. 550 feet of new one-lane roadway on east side of the road with curb and gutter, park strips, and a 5-foot wide planter strip and 5-foot wide sidewalk. Other improvements in 200 West include approx.: 580 LF of 8" culinary water line, 580 LF of 8" pressure irrigation line, 585 LF of 18" storm drainpipe, and the installation of underground power for new street lights, and the installation of new street lights.
