New High School Covered Practice Field RFP
The project consists of new construction of an approximately 79,238 square foot one-story covered practice field adjacent to the existing high school building on district-owned property as outlined in the con tract documentation. The facility includes a full-size artificial turf field with multi-sport field markings under an open pre-engineered metal building structure, an auxiliary storage building with restrooms, storage, and a film deck; and site improvements associated with these improvements. The site work will include rough grading, utility connection/coordination, subsurface drainage work, concrete paving, concrete sidewalks, concrete curb and gutter, landscaping, athletic turfing, and retaining walls.
