Description: Black Hawk College is seeking proposals from qualified full-service marketing agencies to serve as its strategic higher education marketing Agency of Record. The services may include institutional brand strategy and research, enrollment marketing, integrated digital and traditional media planning and placement, creative development and production, analytics and attribution, performance reporting and campaign optimization, CRM and enrollment-technology consultation, and ongoing strategic consultation.
