Perform various bridge maintenance and repairs on bridges, bridge culverts, and roadway culverts (cross drains). repairs on bridges, bridge culverts, and roadway culverts (cross drains) located in County. The types of work include but are not limited to; pile encasements/encasement extensions, the removal and replacements of precast bridge components, pile driving, placement of pre-cast box culvert components, placement of rip rap to prevent scour and provide channel protection, cross drain concrete lining, and minor structure concrete (i.e. cross drain inlet/outlet concrete footers, concrete slope paving, minor cross drain headwalls, culvert parapet wall extensions, etc.).

The work consists of removal of two (2) existing bridges and construction of two (2) prestressed concrete bridges. One bridge is 1 @ 31', 1 @ 100' and 1 @ 31’ prestressed concrete beam spans at 28.0’ clear roadway, and the second bridge is 1 @ 40’, 1 @ 100’ and 1 @ 40’ prestressed concrete beam spans at 28.0’ clear roadway. The work also consists of grading and drainage, erosion control, crushed stone base, and hot mix asphalt binder and surface.
