Starbridge pulled in comprehensive firmographic information that previously required manual CSV uploads from multiple data providers—now it's a one-time setup with real-time data flow.

 "Setting up was a breeze," Andrew notes. "We were able to quickly figure out how to connect the two systems, look at object by object and field by field and connect what we wanted at multiple levels."

Starbridge's AI-powered bridges automatically gather timely, relevant information about campuses and decision-makers. This data flows into Salesforce through a custom "Signal" object that ties to either contact or accounts. Each signal summarizes specific insights that account executives can then use in their outbound. Everything is defined through custom prompts that Mantra's team built.

“With signals, we’re able to pull in very creative, timely and relevant pieces of information that starts to complete the picture for a given rep of not only who this university is, but what's going on on a day to day or week to week basis.," Andrew explains.
