This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between The Board of Education of Baltimore County and AFSCME details wage and step increases for AFSCME represented employees. For Year 2 of the Agreement, effective September 20, 2025, there is a 1% COLA with fringe benefits, and effective January 1, 2026, employees advance one step and are placed onto a longevity scale. For Year 3 of the Agreement, effective January 1, 2027, employees advance one step and the value of the scale increases by 1%. The MOU was signed by both parties on July 30, 2025.
