The City of Avon has passed an emergency ordinance granting consent to the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) for the I-90 Bridge Deck Sealing Project (PID 118793) within city limits, scheduled for summer 2027. The City agrees to cooperate, including assuming costs for any additional construction items requested by the City and providing adequate financial provisions for project maintenance.
