About this conference
On behalf of the Western Association of Fish & Wildlife Agencies and Idaho Fish & Game, we invite you to join us at our 2026 Summer Meeting to be held at The Riverside Hotel in Boise, Idaho. The Summer Meeting will bring over 400 U.S. and Canadian fish and wildlife professionals to discuss shared biological, management, and land use issues. The event will attract professional fish and wildlife biologists (including commissioners and directors from over 20 states), managers, administrators, and others in fish and wildlife related fields.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship opportunities include Sustaining Partner ($20,000), Diamond Level ($10,000), Platinum Level ($7,500), Gold Level ($5,000), Silver Level ($3,000), and Bronze Level ($1,500). Benefits vary by level and can include verbal recognition, logo placement, exhibit space, complimentary registrations, company profile, and attendee lists. Exhibitor space is available for $850 (early rate) or $1,000 (after April 1st). Specific event sponsorships are also available for Directors Meals ($3,000 - $5,000), Tours ($2,500 each for Law Enforcement, Fish, Wildlife, Deputies and IGE Chiefs), Welcome to Idaho Dinner ($5,000), Awards Ceremony & Dinner ($5,000), Women in Wildlife Conservation Lunch ($2,500), Networking Social ($1,500), and Refreshment Breaks ($750). Conference support sponsorships include Audio-Visual ($5,000), Lanyard ($2,000 plus cost), Supporter ($500), and Patron ($250).
