NASCSP 2026 Annual Training Conference

The NASCSP 2026 Annual Training Conference is a five-day, immersive experience offering valuable opportunities for state administrators, state associations, local eligible entities, and other professionals from around the country to come together and discuss strategies for meeting new challenges in improved performance, innovation, and accountability in the fight to change the face of poverty across the nation. This year’s theme, From Roots to Reach, reflects NASCSP's commitment to building on strong foundations, including program integrity, community trust, and proven strategies, while pushing forward and expanding what is possible for the communities served and the network that supports them. Throughout the week, attendees will engage in dynamic sessions, peer learning opportunities, and important conversations focused on strengthening programs, improving outcomes, and advancing innovative approaches across the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) and Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) networks. Proposals are being sought for CSBG, WAP, and/or general session tracks, focusing on topics such as developing effective policy manuals and SOPs, strengthening subgrantee performance, enhancing fiscal and programmatic monitoring, using data for storytelling, navigating funding formula changes, T&TA Planning, improving data collection, workforce development strategies, and building leadership capacity.
