The Military Health System Research Symposium (MHSRS) is the Department of Defense's premier scientific conference, focusing on military medical research. Sponsorship options
Exhibitor booths are available. The basic booth size is 10 ft. by 10 ft. Rates are $4,175 for Government/Military and $4,350 for Non-Government/Industry. Each booth includes carpet, an 8' backwall drape, 3' side-rail drape, a 6' skirted table, two chairs, and a booth ID sign. These fees do not include symposium registration, freight handling, electrical service, or other ancillary booth services.
