The 2027 H2F Symposium is an annual U.S. Army event focusing on holistic Soldier fitness across all H2F domains. Under the theme, 'Operationalizing H2F,' the symposium will focus on translating human performance doctrine into tactical, operational, and organizational reality to build a more agile, lethal, and resilient force. It brings together industry partners, practitioners, and key leaders from across the community of practice to connect, share evidence-based best practices, and learn emerging operational strategies and advanced human performance methodologies. The event features presentations from Department of War leaders, H2F domain subject matter experts, industry, and academia, with breakout sessions covering physical, mental, nutritional, spiritual, and sleep readiness. The Call for Speakers seeks proposals showcasing real-world strategies, lessons learned, and practical best practices that deliver tangible, field-tested results across these five H2F domains.
