2027 Annual Conference

NAWDP offers various sponsorship tiers for its in-person events (Annual Conference, Youth Symposium, and Business Services Academy). These include: Platinum Sponsor ($20,000 for all three events in one year), Gold Sponsor ($15,000 for all three events, $12,500 for two events, $7,000 for one event), Silver Sponsor ($12,000 for all three events, $9,000 for two events, $5,000 for one event), and Event Partner ($3,750 for all three events, $2,750 for two events, $1,500 for one event). Benefits across tiers include logo placement on event signage, webpages, emails, and social media; sponsor page listings and push notifications in the Whova event app; advertising in event programs and NAWDP newsletters; complimentary event registrations; inclusion of promotional items in event bags; and mentions during award ceremonies. Exhibit booths (10x10 space with table, chairs, wastebasket, one complimentary registration, pre/post-event attendee list, and Whova app listing/lead retrieval) are available for $2,000 for the Annual Conference and $1,500 for the Youth Symposium, with a multi-event discount of $3,000 for both. A la carte options like promo items in event bags ($500) and event mobile app homescreen logo placement ($1,000) are also available.
