About this conference
The 2026 Welcome Expo is an annual event hosted by Carlisle Barracks MWR to welcome a new class of U.S. Army War College (AWC) students and their families to the Carlisle community. It provides an opportunity for attendees to discover local people, services, and organizations, and for local nonprofits, small businesses, and corporate partners (exhibitors) to connect and build relationships with new residents. This is an information expo only; no sales are permitted, but businesses are encouraged to give away samples. The event will take place inside the Letort View Conference Center and outside at the Wheelock Band Stand, rain or shine.
