San Mateo County Community College District (SMCCCD) issued an RFP seeking a property manager to operate three faculty and staff housing properties: College Vista, Cañada Vista, and College Ridge. The County of Maui is soliciting proposals for property management services for the Kulamalu Hale and Huliau Affordable Housing Projects, requiring rent collection, maintenance, tenant relations, and compliance with HOME Program and Affordable Housing Fund requirements. The contract term is two years with an option to renew and includes responsibilities for maintaining occupancy, financial records, maintenance, and tenant communications. Provision of property manager to manage three properties.

The City of Camarillo is requesting a qualified firm to deliver comprehensive property management and minor, routine maintenance services for a City-owned temporary housing facility at 2361 Barry Street, Camarillo. The selected Consultant will be responsible for comprehensive property management and routine maintenance as outlined in Section 22002(d)(1), (2), and (4) of the Public Contract Code. This contract pertains to the management and upkeep of a City-owned property serving as a temporary housing facility at the specified address.

Security camera system services to include: design, furnish, install, configure, and maintain a comprehensive and non-proprietary video surveillance system to enhance safety and security at designated administrative offices and/or residential properties.

The Harrietstown Housing Authority (HHA) is soliciting qualifications for Architectural and Engineering (A/E) services to support its housing projects in Saranac Lake, NY. The contract is for a three-year term with two one-year optional extensions and covers full A/E services including preparation of construction drawings and specifications, cost estimates, bid support, construction administration, inspections, and as-built documentation. Bidders must meet insurance requirements and provide a letter of interest and evidence of experience; the HHA encourages Section 3 and Minority/Women Business Enterprise participation.

The Harrietstown Housing Authority seeks a Certified Public Accountant/Independent Public Accountant to provide fee accounting services for its Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher programs, including monthly and annual account reviews, general ledger posting, REAC unaudited submissions, audit support, and accounting consulting. The contract period is July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029 with two one-year optional extensions; proposals are due June 8, 2026. Bidders must demonstrate HUD compliance and asset management experience, provide personnel qualifications and references; MWBE/Section 3 businesses are encouraged to apply.

The Manhattan Housing Authority is soliciting a contractor to perform a Physical Needs Assessment (PNA) and an Energy Audit (EA) covering 20% of units across five selected projects, including dwelling and non-dwelling spaces, roads, and parking. Deliverables include a comprehensive report with deficiencies, recommendations, cost estimates and prioritization, XML data submission to HUD, and development of a comprehensive costing library; the contract period is 180 days with draft deliverables due within 90 days after NTP and final versions due within 30 days after comment. Seeking a certified public accountant to audit the books and records of the Sunbury Housing Authority in accordance with the requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Low Rent Housing Program and the Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC).

The City of Covington, KY issued an RFP to sell and transfer city-owned surplus real property for housing development purposes using CDBG funds. The solicitation requests proposals to acquire specified city-owned parcels and redevelop them for housing to revitalize vacant and abandoned lots. Proposals are due by June 4, 2026, and must be submitted through the city's Bonfire procurement portal.

The Philadelphia Housing Authority is seeking a Pennsylvania Certified Elevator Inspection Agency to conduct inspections of various elevator units. Interested vendors must submit questions by June 16, 2026, and provide an intent to bid by June 23, 2026. The procurement process is managed through the PHA Bonfire portal, where all solicitation documents and submission instructions are provided.
