San Mateo County Community College District (SMCCCD) issued an RFP seeking a property manager to operate three faculty and staff housing properties: College Vista, Cañada Vista, and College Ridge. Seeks to establish a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with an experienced and qualified Property Management Company to provide comprehensive, full-service property management for the University’s employee rental community, Eagle View Villages. Services to be provided under the MSA shall include, but are not limited to, general property management, and leasing, tenant relations, financial management, and reporting.

Accounting, financial services, and technical assistance in the following areas: Year End Close-out; financial management oversight including monthly financial reviews and assistance related to HUD accounting practices and PHA policies and procedures; pension services and other related services as required.

Seeking a Pennsylvania Certified Elevator Inspection Agency to perform elevator inspections of various elevators at the PHA.

The work includes improvements to existing bathroom spaces, associated building systems, and related interior components. The project involves selective removal and replacement of existing finishes, fixtures, and building elements, as well as upgrades to building infrastructure that supports the renovated areas. All work shall be coordinated to minimize disruption to building occupants and maintain safe, functional conditions throughout construction.

Work consists of select concrete replacement, bathroom upgrades, entry door replacements, gutter and downspout replacement, community building entry door replacement, and construction of new sheds at the maplewood terrace, forrest knoll, and thorncroft properties.

The Manhattan Housing Authority is soliciting a contractor to perform a Physical Needs Assessment (PNA) and an Energy Audit (EA) covering 20% of units across five selected projects, including dwelling and non-dwelling spaces, roads, and parking. Deliverables include a comprehensive report with deficiencies, recommendations, cost estimates and prioritization, XML data submission to HUD, and development of a comprehensive costing library; the contract period is 180 days with draft deliverables due within 90 days after NTP and final versions due within 30 days after comment.
