Next Generation 911 RFPs

Oglethorpe County is soliciting proposals to procure and implement a Next Generation 911 (NG911) call handling system that meets State of Georgia requirements, including IP-based call routing and NENA i3 standards. The selected vendor will be responsible for system installation, testing, dispatcher training, and ongoing maintenance for the rural PSAP. Proposals must include technical specifications, pricing, and evidence of CJIS compliance and relevant experience.

Army next generation-911 core services (NGCS) circuits and services.

To provide comprehensive IT Support Services and Technology Transformation Next Generation (ITSS and 2TNG) solutions across HUD Headquarters, regional and field offices, data centers, and other designated locations, spanning all OCIO functional areas. Through individually awarded Task Orders (TOs), contractors may be required to deliver enterprise-wide capabilities across the IT lifecycle, including governance, acquisition and financial support, enterprise architecture, systems engineering, cloud and data solutions, cybersecurity, IT operations and maintenance, and end user and infrastructure support.

Enterprise data architecture and revolutionizing its operational software framework.

Provide a next generation transit signal priority (tsp) solution. The selected vendor shall furnish a system capable of ingesting and processing real-time vehicle location data and generating corresponding priority requests for transmission to jurisdictional traffic signal control systems. The proposed solution shall support the deployment of a scalable, interoperable, and secure next/generation TSP platform that delivers demonstrable improvements in bus travel times and service reliability across the region. The new system is intended to replace WMATA¿s existing legacy, hardware-based TSP infrastructure with a cloud based, data driven, asset lite solution optimized for multijurisdictional operations and future system expansion.

The Department of the Air Force is seeking industry information for the Next Generation Airlift Program (NGAL) platform. This Sources Sought RFI aims to gather capabilities and data regarding aircraft manufacturing. The solicitation is managed by the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's Mobility Aircraft office.

Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) or non-developmental items (NDIs) that are readily available as potential solutions.

The Georgia Department of Transportation (TMC) issued an RFI to collect vendor information about comprehensive Next Generation 9-1-1 (NG9-1-1) solutions and integration approaches with the state's ATMS (NaviGAtor). The RFI requests technical capabilities (ESInet/NGCS, call handling, multimedia, GIS/CAD/RMS integration), cybersecurity, implementation/support plans, and non-binding pricing. Next Generation Airlift Program (NGAL). NGAL is envisioned as the USAF's next strategic airlift aircraft, intended to eventually supplement and replace legacy platforms such as the C-5M Super Galaxy and C-17A Globemaster III.

The TETS (AN/USM-657B(V)2) is a portable, multi-purpose test system used to diagnose ground electronic systems, troubleshoot maintenance issues, and verify equipment performance in the field. The VIPER/T (AN/USM-717(V)2&3) is a modular and adaptable test system designed for ground electronic ordnance equipment, including optics. Together, their capabilities include high-fidelity signal generation and analysis, testing of satellite communications, power supplies, lasers, and optics, as well as diagnosing ground electronics through detailed analysis of line-replaceable units and circuit cards.

Task descriptions must be definite, realistic, and clearly stated. Use the phrase "the contractor shall" whenever the work statement expresses a provision that is binding. Use "should" or "may" whenever it is necessary to express a declaration of purpose. Use "will" in cases where no offeror requirement is involved (e.G., power will be supplied by the government. Use active voice in describing work to be performed. Do not use acronyms or abbreviations without first defining them. Modernized, integrated systems to support aging services operations across the commonwealth. Information received will help age assess available solutions, vendor capabilities, and the most effective procurement strategy for a next-generation replacement of its current senior information management system (SIMS) platform.

The Offeror shall describe the general scope of work planned for this research activity. This section shall describe the major research, synthesis, testing, data collection, and analysis activities in sufficient detail to communicate the breadth of activities proposed. A detailed work breakdown structure is not required. The scope of work shall identify all Offerors and associated stakeholder groups in the major activities of the project and shall indicate the estimated work effort required from each Offeror, expressed as a percentage of the total effort for each activity. In addition, the Offeror shall identify any third-party resource needs that are required during the project. These resources may include Government furnished equipment (GFE). The Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS), on behalf of the Executive Office of Aging & Independence (AGE), issued an RFI to gather information from qualified vendors about modernized, integrated systems to support aging services operations across the Commonwealth. Information received will inform AGE’s assessment of available solutions, vendor capabilities, and procurement strategy to replace the current Senior Information Management System (SIMS). The solicitation is an RFI (information-gathering) and the posting is listed as OPEN with attachments including an amendment and the primary RFI document.

The General Services Administration is seeking private sector solutions and innovative features to enhance the next generation of the GSA SmartPay Master Contract. This Request for Information (RFI) is intended for market research and planning purposes to gather information on charge card management capabilities. Interested parties must submit their responses using the provided template to the specified GSA points of contact by the June 2026 deadline.
