The City of Dallas requests Qualification Statements for a Developer Agent to provide pre-development and development services to redevelop and adaptively reuse an existing facility into a mission-critical 911 Emergency Communications Center and Emergency Operations Center. The scope includes Phase I pre-development (project management, needs assessments, environmental assessments, financing strategy) and Phase II development (design management, procurement of professional services and contractors, construction management, technology systems integration, and project closeout). The solicitation is an RFSQ posted July 16, 2026 and responses are due August 7, 2026; supporting solicitation documents (specifications, standard forms, bonds, insurance forms) are available on the City's procurement portal (may require registration to download).

Provide qualified vendors regarding solutions, services, and implementation strategies for a comprehensive next generation 9-1-1 (ng9-1-1) environment that can integrate into the department advanced transportation management system (atms | navigator).

To provide comprehensive IT Support Services and Technology Transformation Next Generation (ITSS and 2TNG) solutions across HUD Headquarters, regional and field offices, data centers, and other designated locations, spanning all OCIO functional areas. Through individually awarded Task Orders (TOs), contractors may be required to deliver enterprise-wide capabilities across the IT lifecycle, including governance, acquisition and financial support, enterprise architecture, systems engineering, cloud and data solutions, cybersecurity, IT operations and maintenance, and end user and infrastructure support.

The Next Generation Hypersonics opportunity is focused on the development and demonstration of advanced next generation hypersonics capabilities. This effort is exploring innovative approaches supporting integration, maturation, and demonstration of prototype hypersonic systems. The goal of this prototype initiative is to mature and demonstrate integrated prototype capabilities supporting future operational applications.

The Fulton County ETSB is soliciting qualifications from licensed Architects/Engineers to provide design and construction-related services for the new Fulton County 911 Emergency Communications Center Facility in Fulton County, Illinois. This Request for Qualifications requires interested firms to obtain the full RFQ package through the Board's consultant (Maurer-Stutz, Inc.) and submit sealed qualifications by the deadline of July 21, 2026, at 1:30 PM local time. With question responses due to the consultant by July 15, 2026, the procurement will lead to the selection of an A/E firm for the new public-safety communications building project.

The government is planning to extend the current seven-year idiq contract w56kgy-20-d-0013 for an additional three years to support continued production. To reduce schedule risk and plan for future requirements, the government seeks industry feedback regarding the ability to manufacture jtt-ng terminal using existing technical drawings, documentation, and associated software source code and/or executables.

The scope will include the following: program management and support services; transition support; consumable materials; warranty; support services at passport site locations; support site location for labs; enhancement software; relocation for agency moves (low capacity); travel. The Department of War, in partnership with Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane, is preparing to release a commercial opportunity focused on development and demonstration of advanced next generation hypersonic capabilities. This effort will explore innovative approaches supporting integration, maturation, and demonstration of prototype hypersonic systems, with key areas of interest including hypersonic system integration, payload/booster/mission systems integration, modular and scalable architectures, prototype development/testing/flight demonstration, advanced manufacturing, and technical solutions supporting system maturation. Resulting awards will be issued under the S²MARTS Other Transaction Authority (OTA) managed by NSTXL, with prototype development period of performance finalized following release of the Request for Solutions (RFS).

Next Generation Airlift Program (NGAL). NGAL is envisioned as the USAF's next strategic airlift aircraft, intended to eventually supplement and replace legacy platforms such as the C-5M Super Galaxy and C-17A Globemaster III.

The Department of the Air Force, through the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's (AFLCMC) Future Tankers office (FA8688), is conducting market research via a Sources Sought / Request for Information (RFI) for the Next Generation Airlift Program (NGAL) — a future strategic airlift platform intended to eventually supplement and replace the C-5M Super Galaxy and C-17A Globemaster III. The RFI lists firm baseline design constraints — including a wingspan of strictly less than 223 feet and a minimum payload capacity of 160,000 pounds over at least 2,500 nautical miles without refueling — and is collecting industry white-paper responses describing candidate aircraft concepts, propulsion systems, digital engineering, survivability, and logistics approaches (NAICS 336411, Aircraft Manufacturing). White-paper responses are due by July 17, 2026 to the contracting office at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio; the notice (FA8688-RFI-26-0002) is for information-gathering and planning only and does not bind the Government to any future solicitation or award.

The Georgia Department of Transportation (TMC) issued an RFI to collect vendor information about comprehensive Next Generation 9-1-1 (NG9-1-1) solutions and integration approaches with the state's ATMS (NaviGAtor). The RFI requests technical capabilities (ESInet/NGCS, call handling, multimedia, GIS/CAD/RMS integration), cybersecurity, implementation/support plans, and non-binding pricing. An optional Offerors' Conference is scheduled and written responses/questions follow the timeline published on the DOAS event page.

Next generation mounted family of computer systems (MFoCS).

Modernized, integrated systems to support aging services operations across the commonwealth. Information received will help age assess available solutions, vendor capabilities, and the most effective procurement strategy for a next-generation replacement of its current senior information management system (SIMS) platform.

Furnish and implement a fully integrated, standards-based Next Generation 9-1-1 (NG911) call handling system. The system must be capable of processing emergency calls from any originating source and be fully compliant with NENA i3 baseline NG9-1-1 functional requirements. The successful vendor shall provide all equipment, software, services, training, and support necessary to implement a fully operational NG 9-1-1 call handling system.

The Offeror shall describe the general scope of work planned for this research activity. This section shall describe the major research, synthesis, testing, data collection, and analysis activities in sufficient detail to communicate the breadth of activities proposed. A detailed work breakdown structure is not required. The scope of work shall identify all Offerors and associated stakeholder groups in the major activities of the project and shall indicate the estimated work effort required from each Offeror, expressed as a percentage of the total effort for each activity. In addition, the Offeror shall identify any third-party resource needs that are required during the project. These resources may include Government furnished equipment (GFE). See outside linked file.
