Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration
The Offeror shall describe the general scope of work planned for this research activity. This section shall describe the major research, synthesis, testing, data collection, and analysis activities in sufficient detail to communicate the breadth of activities proposed. A detailed work breakdown structure is not required. The scope of work shall identify all Offerors and associated stakeholder groups in the major activities of the project and shall indicate the estimated work effort required from each Offeror, expressed as a percentage of the total effort for each activity. In addition, the Offeror shall identify any third-party resource needs that are required during the project. These resources may include Government furnished equipment (GFE). See outside linked file.

Provide services to advance the design and fabrication of commercial and Government developed sensor (signal) generation and processing microelectronics technologies for the purpose of maturing, verifying, assuring, and delivering next generation national defense capabilities to critical Department of Defense (DoD) systems through robust experimentation and testing.
