The flooring throughout the drill shed and associated operational areas has deteriorated to the point of being a tripping, slipping or falling hazard. The current flooring fails to meet safety, durability and aesthetic standards, and impacts the operational readiness of the facility.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (National Cemetery Administration) issued a presolicitation for unarmed security guard services at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, designated as an SDVOSB set-aside under NAICS 561612. The notice is a presolicitation (advance notice) with no solicitation attachments or response deadline posted on SAM.gov; interested contractors should monitor SAM.gov for the formal solicitation release. The contracting office is the Centralized Contracting Division (Quantico, VA) and the primary contact is Ralph Crum.

The Texas Army National Guard is seeking proposals for a single firm-fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide mobile medical and dental readiness services. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, and supervision necessary to perform non-personal services as defined in the Performance Work Statement. The contract features a 60-month ordering period and is being conducted as a full and open competition.

Removal and disposal of all abandoned, outdated low-voltage communications cabling including, but not limited to, CAT3, CAT5, CAT5E, and coaxial cables, from their termination points back to the originating telecommunications closet and associated components. Replacement with a new, standardized TIA/EIA compliant CAT 6 cabling system, a new telecommunications rack, and a new conduit pathway to the vault to support modern network requirements.

This informational special notice from the National Guard Bureau lists planned Military Construction and Facilities Sustainment projects for the Air National Guard in Fiscal Year 2026. The State of Maine, Department of Defense, Veterans & Emergency Management issued an RFP to establish a Master Agreement for 24/7 emergency HVAC and plumbing repair and service at the Bangor Air National Guard installation, requiring rapid response and certifications for trade personnel. The RFP requires background checks for personnel accessing the military installation and includes scheduled maintenance requirements such as boiler chemical treatment outside the heating season. Proposals are evaluated on organizational qualifications, proposed services, and cost, with an anticipated contract period from July 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027.

The government is interested in commercial solutions that possess key attributes such as those listed below. The following list is intended to guide submissions, not restrict them. Proposed solutions might not be able to address every attribute but should address the core problem statement. Discuss trade-offs between attributes and capabilities, cybersecurity and functionality, and present limitations and future capabilities. Automated Accountability: The system should be capable of automatically detecting and logging every [small] tool that is removed or returned to its storage unit, in real-time, without requiring manual user actions like scanning barcodes or waving wands. The Delaware Army National Guard is soliciting solution briefs for an Automated Tool Control and Inventory Management System to mitigate foreign object damage in aircraft. The system must provide automated, real-time tool tracking, keyless secure access control, and centralized management with scheduled notifications for inspection. This procurement is being conducted as a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) with evaluations based on technical merit, operational impact, and pricing.
