National Guard RFPs

The District of Columbia Government is soliciting vendor proposals for the printing, design and production of brochures and inserts to support DC National Guard outreach, recruiting and public affairs activities. The RFP was issued on July 9, 2026 under solicitation reference 03-6984996, with responses due by July 21, 2026. The solicitation attaches three referenced documents: the main solicitation, requirements document, and a scope-of-work describing the deliverables.

The Missouri Army National Guard issued a pre-solicitation for the acquisition of two Side-by-Side Utility Task Vehicles (UTVs). The procurement will solicit quotations directly from at least three qualified small business dealers or suppliers and will be conducted in accordance with RFO 12.201-1(c)(2); the notice indicates the government does not intend to post a formal solicitation on SAM.gov. The North Carolina Department of Public Safety (NC National Guard) is soliciting bids for year‑round lawn and grounds maintenance services for the NC National Guard’s Marion Region (mowing, edging, trimming, debris and leaf/weed control) under an Invitation for Bid. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Solicitation No. W912L1-26-Q-1028) issued by the Texas Army National Guard for the procurement of 10 climate-controlled storage containers (20' x 8' x 9'6"). The acquisition is a HUBZone small business set-aside, requests delivery and installation to Saginaw, Texas (delivery 45 days after receipt of order), and offers are due July 28, 2026 at 14:00 CDT. The notice is published on SAM.gov and includes links to the PIEE solicitation module for document access and vendor actions.

The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration issued a presolicitation for unarmed security guard services at the Los Angeles National Cemetery as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. The notice was published on February 15, 2026, and remains active with an original inactive date of March 25, 2027. Currently, the official government posting on SAM.gov contains no attachments or solicitation documents for download.

The construction of a fuels systems maintenance hangar with corrosion control and other maintenance functions utilizing conventional design and construction methods to accommodate the mission of the facility.

The New York State Office of General Services (OGS) Design & Construction is soliciting construction management services to provide the new National Guard Division Headquarters (Readiness Center) at 780 Watervliet Shaker Road in Albany, NY, a two-story ~140,000 sq ft facility supporting the 42nd Infantry Division. OGS intends to award one Best-Value contract (Project SF985) with an initial value ≈ $7,000,000 for a three-year duration and includes MWBE and SDVOB participation goals. Project documents are available through the OGS D&C procurement portal (download requires vendor/member access); the public listings show a bid/response deadline of 2026-07-29T18:00:00Z.

Establish a contract(s) for Lawn Care and Grounds Maintenance services. Contracts tasks include, Mow and fertilize lawns; Apply pesticides to designated locations; Trim shrubbery; Complete fall and spring cleanups of facilities; Mulching; Weed control. The term of this contract is anticipated to be from May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2028, with the option to extend up to an additional three (3) years in increments determined by the State.

The Department of Veterans Affairs (National Cemetery Administration) issued a presolicitation for unarmed security guard services at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, designated as an SDVOSB set-aside under NAICS 561612. The notice is a presolicitation (advance notice) with no solicitation attachments or response deadline posted on SAM.gov; interested contractors should monitor SAM.gov for the formal solicitation release. The contracting office is the Centralized Contracting Division (Quantico, VA) and the primary contact is Ralph Crum.

Repair base perimeter road. The work will consist of Construction of new 2 and 3 lane roads. The Contractor must maintain a constant flow of traffic during construction.

Work includes boiler replacements, cross-tie of both boiler plants, updates to building automation system controls, new boiler flue rework, roof patching, and electrical power for HVAC.

This informational special notice from the National Guard Bureau lists planned Military Construction and Facilities Sustainment projects for the Air National Guard in Fiscal Year 2026. It provides an Integrated Priority List of projects including roof repairs, renovations, and new construction intended for Architect-Engineer and Construction vendors. The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting Stage II bids from prequalified general contractors for the Camp Williams Building 21 Upgrade project in Bluffdale, Utah. The work includes replacing exterior windows, storefronts, and doors; installing a framed/metal-seam roof; upgrading electrical, HVAC, and EFIS exterior wall finishes; renovating latrines/showers; replacing ceiling tiles and flooring; and updating the floor plan to meet current code, with a substantial completion target of July 31, 2027 and an estimated construction cost of $2,400,000. Only contractors currently on DFCM's Stage I prequalified list are eligible to bid, and submissions must include a bid bond equal to 5% of the bid amount.

The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is soliciting bids from Stage II prequalified general contractors to perform the Camp Williams Building 21 Upgrade for the Utah National Guard in Bluffdale, Utah. Work includes replacing exterior windows, storefronts and doors; installing framed and standing metal seam roofs; upgrading electrical devices, wiring and panels; replacing ceilings and flooring; installing metal soffits and rain gutters; renovating latrines and showers; upgrading HVAC systems; and applying EFIS exterior finish along with interior layout/code updates. The solicitation was posted July 7, 2026, bids are due July 28, 2026, and only Stage II prequalified contractors may bid; bidders must provide a 5% bid bond and comply with Utah licensing laws.
