The Missouri Department of Conservation issued an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for area maintenance services at the Little Compton Conservation Areas in Chariton County. The scope of work includes mowing parking lots, litter pickup, lakeshore maintenance, and weekly latrine cleaning. The contract is for an initial one-year term with options for two additional one-year renewals.

The Missouri Department of Conservation is soliciting bids for routine area maintenance at Sterling Price Conservation Areas in Chariton County, including mowing, lakeshore mowing, litter pickup, and weekly latrine cleaning. The contract term is one year from award with two optional one-year renewals. Bidders must be registered in MissouriBUYS and comply with state tax and registration requirements.

San Bernardino County Special Districts is soliciting bids to construct and improve multi-use recreational trails and associated site amenities in the Desert View Conservation Area at Joshua Tree. The scope of work includes trail construction and realignment, signage, interpretive signs, mile markers, animal-track paving, shade shelters, kiosks, a view platform, site furnishings, and cable fencing. All work must comply with approved plans and environmental mitigation measures, with a mandatory pre-bid site meeting scheduled for May 21, 2026.

Contractor shall provide labor, materials, and equipment to build and enhance multi-use trails in the DVCA, including new and realigned trails, signage, printing and installing interpretive/educational signs, mile markers, animal-track paving, shade shelters, trail kiosks, a view platform, site furnishings, and cable fencing. All work must follow approved plans, environmental measures, site restrictions, and standards to ensure safe access and timely completion.

The Architect of the Capitol issued a presolicitation for facilities management, maintenance, and support services at the Library of Congress Packard Campus Audio Visual Conservation (PCAVC) in Culpeper, VA. The contractor will provide management, supervision, labor, materials, and equipment to perform building operations, preventive maintenance, and environmental compliance. This notice is a pre-solicitation only, with the formal Request for Proposal anticipated to be posted on SAM.gov in June 2026.

The facility consists of over 400,000 square feet of building space on a 45-acre site. For facility layout, see Section J, Attachment 2, SITE LAYOUT. The main components include: a three story 138,000 F 2 collections area located in the Collections Storage Building; a three story 178,000 F 2 Conservation Building; a 40,000 F 2 Cellulose Nitrate Film Storage Building; a 32,000 F 2 Central Plant; a 3,300 F 2 Fuel Storage Building; a 2,400 F 2 General Storage Building; and a 1,900 F 2 Emergency Generator Building as shown in Section J, Attachment 3, FLOOR PLANS. The primary buildings are interconnected and built into the earth with a green roof system. The facility is supplied by a Waterworks system (three wells) and includes a 350,000 gallon water storage tank. There is also a 54,000 gallon reflecting pool. Phase 1 of the facility (Collections Building) was completed in 2005 and Phase 2 of the facility (Conservation and Nitrate Buildings) was completed in 2007. See attached file.

CAL FIRE seeks a certified small business to provide monitoring, inspection, testing, installation, and repair services for the fire alarm system at the Ishi Conservation Camp to ensure safety and regulatory compliance. The contractor must supply all materials, labor, equipment, and permits, including 24/7 emergency repair services and specific licensing requirements. The contract is estimated to run from June 2026 to June 2029, with proposals due by June 2, 2026.

The City of Lancaster is soliciting proposals to develop a Master Plan for Reservoir Park including community engagement, inventory analysis, and cost estimates following DCNR guidelines. The project is partially funded by a Community Conservation Partnerships Program grant administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. Proposals are due by July 6, 2026, and must be submitted electronically via the PennBid portal.

Energy Resilience Conservation Investment Program (ERCIP) Lake City Army Ammunition Plant (LCCAP) Microgrid and Combined Heat and Power project.

The Massachusetts Department of Fish and Game (with the Department of Conservation and Recreation and the Department of Agricultural Resources) solicits vendors to produce baseline documentation and monitoring reports for Agricultural Preservation Restrictions, Conservation Restrictions, and Watershed Preservation Restrictions and to place selected vendors on a Qualified Contractors List for fee-for-service work. The contract vehicle spans up to eight years with anticipated purchases of roughly 25 report products annually.
