Current River Conservation Area Deer Run Radio Tower Replacement

Description: Replace the communications tower and renovate the communications building at deer run tower site at the current river conservation area. This includes mobilization and demobilization, soil erosion control, demolition and removal of existing guyed tower, foundation, guy anchors, chain-link fence, site clearing and earth work, construction survey staking, construction of a new engineered self-supported tower and foundation, electrical works in the existing communications building, procurement and installation of feedlines, mounts, antennas with top sway brace and sweep testing, grounding, chain-link fence, swing gate, relocating boulders, gravel surfacing driveway and yard, site restoration, and other miscellaneous construction specified by the contract documents.
