Township Auditor (Request for Proposal)

he Township Auditor shall be a multi-disciplined firm with at least eight (8) years experience in municipal auditing procedures, bond law, arbitrage, municipal budgeting and purchasing.

Township Risk Manager (Request for Proposal)

Township Risk Manager: At least ten (10) years experience in a full service insurance agency with a minimum of five (5) years experience in municipal insurance field.

Land Use Board Attorney (Request for Proposal)

Public Defender (Request For Proposal)

The Public Defender shall be appointed by the Township Committee by a majority vote of a quorum of its members and shall serve for a term of one (1) year from the first day of January of the year of appointment and until his successor has been appointed and qualified.

Township Attorney including Bond Counsel (Request for Proposal)

Municipal Prosecutor (Request for Proposal)

The Municipal Prosecutor shall be appointed by the Township Committee by a majority vote of a quorum of its members and shall serve for a term of one (1) year from the first day of January of the year of appointment and until his successor has been appointed and qualified.
